Everest Breakfast starts with a helicopter tour, transitioning through the valleys of Kathmandu to the heights of the Himalayas. Your first stop will be at Lukla Airport for a quick fuel refill where you will be requested to remain inside the helicopter. After the refuel, you will proceed to embark on the Mountain Flight. Witness the beauty of Mt. Everest up close and personal, towering majestically at an elevation of 8848 m. The Everest region is also home to world renowned peaks like Lhotse (8,516 m), Mt. Cho Oyu (8,210 m), Mt.Pumori (7,561 m), Mt. Amadablam (6,856 m), Mera peak (6,654 m), Cholaste (6,440 m), Lobuche (6,119 m), Island peak (6,173 m), and Kwangde (6,011 m). Experience the adrenaline of flying closely in the Himalayas above the freezing Imja lake, with a breathtaking view of the famous Khumbu Icefall and Khumbu Glacier. Next, we land in Kalapatthar (5600 m) which is located across from Mt Everest and Everest Base Camp. You can use this opportunity to take some beautiful pictures, enjoy the panorama view, and walk around with the snow under your feet. From here we fly to Kongde Hotel in Kongde (4250 m) where your breakfast awaits you. The hotel is located in an ideal place for one of the best views of the whole Everest region. After breakfast your helicopter waits for you at the hotel’s helipad to bring you back to Kathmandu which con-cludes your Everest Breakfast tour

  • What extra things do I need?

    Everything included in the package will be provided to you, but any extra expenses should be brought by you. Warm clothes for the cold weather are suggested.

  • How many passengers can you fly at one time?

    Our helicopters used for sightseeing tours and mountain flight can accommodate 5 passengers.

  • What should I bring to my helicopter flight?

    For the flight itself: your passport details, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs and others as per your need.

  • What should I expect on my trip?

    You should be seeing a lot of mountains and sceneries in the areas around here. On your flight you can expect to see snow-capped mountains of Nepal. Nepal boasts a wide beauty of Himalayan ranges and hilly hills so expect to see tons of it.

  • What is the best time to take a helicopter?

    The best time to do a flight is in the morning for clear visibility so you can enjoy the amazing views of the spectacular Himalayas.

  • Will we be the only ones on the helicopter?

    It depends on how you book the flight. Booking tours with us, we will accommodate the tour with other people. Charter flights are always private and can be booked according to your schedule.

  • Do you carry oxygen tanks in the case of an emergency?

    Yes, our helicopters always carry oxygen chambers with us for emergencies.
