The highlight of this tour is the wonderful cable car ride from where you can witness the beautiful Himalayan mountain ranges of Annapurna and Everest. Through this tour, you will be able to experience the beautiful old artifacts, enjoy the natural landscapes, learn new cultures, visit ancient temples, explore the beautiful cities of Kathmandu, Patan, and Nagarkot with your loved ones.   • Day 1 – Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m)

    Upon arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), a representative from Himalayan Sherpa Adventure will greet you and help drop you off at the designated hotel. You will receive a short briefing about the tour in the afternoon, followed by a complimentary welcome dinner with your guides. Overnight at Hotel Mulberry, Thamel in Kathmandu. Bed and breakfast included.

  • Day 2 – Kathmandu City Tour - Nagarkot (2,195 m) 2 hours walk

    After breakfast and a short briefing on the itinerary, your sightseeing program to Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Boudhanath, and Pashupatinath will begin. First, you will make a quick visit to Bouddhanath Stupa– one of the biggest stupas in the world. Then, you will head towards Pashupatinath– a holy pilgrimage site for Hindu people across southern Asia that is one of the famous Hindu Temples in the world built by the Lichchhavi King Supuspadeva in 465- 500 AD. This Shiva temple is located on the banks of the Bagmati River and is also a cremation site for the Hindus. Later, you will drive to Bhaktapur– an irresistible city with an undeniably authentic local lifestyle preserved over centuries of isolation from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu city. In this tour, you will get to witness the Golden Gate, water sprouts, Nyota-Pola temple, and the famous 55 Window Palace. This collection of destinations will make you admire the ancient artifacts and culture that are still running over the centuries and the ruling period of different dynasties. Next, you will drive to Nagarkot– our final destination located 32 km east of Kathmandu that is over 2000 years old. Well known for their scenic destinations and sunrise views of the Himalayas, Nagarkot falls under one of the top tourist attractions. Overnight at Club Himalaya in Nagarkot. Bed and breakfast included.

  • Day 3 – Nagarkot - Patan Durbar Square - Kathmandu (1,300 m) 1-hour walk

    Since Nagarkot is widely known for its sunrise views of the glorious mountains and the valley, you can wake up early in the morning to witness the beautiful snow-capped mountains and the sunrise view. After breakfast, you will drive back to Kathmandu and begin a sightseeing tour around the historical city of Patan Durbar Square, built by the Kirat Dynasty in the 3rd century BC. During your visit here, you will witness beautiful paintings, handicrafts, and arts that represent the city of Patan that continues to carry the cultures and customs from traditions going back to 3,000 years ago. You will see the splendid and preserved architects, arts, temples, statues, and over 1,200 monuments that still hold a high value to the Buddhist and Hindu people residing in Nepal. En route to Kathmandu City, your next stop will be Swoyambhunath Stupa, which is more than 2000 years old. Swayambhunath, a glorious Buddhist Stupa located three kilometers west of Kathmandu, contains a medley of small Stupas and Pagoda temples, which are highly respected and visited daily by many Buddhist people. Popularly known as the “Monkey Temple”, you can see many harmless monkeys while exploring the stupa around the hills. Overnight at Hotel Mulberry, Thamel in Kathmandu. Bed and breakfast included.

  • Day 4 – Kathmandu City Tour - Chandragiri Hills (2,551m) 1-hour drive

    After breakfast, you will take a short 30 minutes to drive towards Chandragiri, a city located in the south-west of Kathmandu. You will take a cable car ride running 2.5 km from Thankot to your designated hotel- Chandragiri Hill. The view from atop is stunning as it showcases the complete panoramic views of the Himalayan mountains ranging from Annapurna to Everest as well as the Kathmandu Valley. You can enjoy a relaxed and peaceful evening with a beautiful sunset. Overnight at Chandragiri Hills Resort. Bed and breakfast included.

  • Day 5 – Chandragiri Hills to Kathmandu (1,400 m) 1-hour drive

    After viewing the breathtaking sunrise of the magnificent Himalayan range and the valley from the top of the hill and breakfast, you will bid adieu to Chandragiri and drive back to Kathmandu. Your next stop will be Swoyambhunath Stupa, a 2000 years old Buddhist Stupa located three kilometers west of Kathmandu, containing a medley of small Stupas and Pagoda temples, which is highly respected and visited daily by many Buddhist people. Popularly known as the monkey temple, you can see many harmless monkeys while exploring the stupa around the hills. Once you check-in with your hotel, you will have spare time during which you can explore the streets of Thamel, where you can find many small boutiques, handicrafts, and local shops to buy souvenirs. Overnight at Hotel Mulberry, Thamel in Kathmandu. Bed and breakfast included.

  • Day 6 – Final Departure or Join another tour/trek (1,400 m)

    After breakfast, you will have time to pack your luggage and belongings. Our agents will help escort you to the airport 3 hours before your departure time.
